Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of appearance and customer service. From merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position is full-time, and the average working hours range from 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products and report inventory issues to management.
• Support in inventory counts and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience is welcome.
