1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a motivated individual to join as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level team member. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and management to improve processes.

Job Type

Part-Time, under 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$23.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for store fulfillment.
• Relocate and organize merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by loading and unloading merchandise.
• Contribute to warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and offer process improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain warehouse stock and prepare products for delivery.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
