Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join Aldi as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. Our dedicated teams work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with a comprehensive training and safety program to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
