1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join ALDI's team on a full-time basis. You will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory counts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to ALDI Acts competencies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift weights up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
