Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Worker
Company: Aldi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning and participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and teamwork competencies.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Aim for success and efficiency.
• Interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift product up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
