1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking Part-Time Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are crucial to ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our customers to enjoy. You will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, participating in inventory counts, and ensuring the quality and safety of products.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Suggest improvements to enhance warehouse processes.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
