1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Workers to join the ALDI team. As a warehouse worker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure smooth deliveries to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.
• Perform tasks efficiently and accurately, following instructions diligently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
