1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker. Our warehouse operations are essential to ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores for customers to enjoy. Working in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders, merchandise handling, warehouse cleanliness, inventory management, and interacting effectively with the team and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Collaborative, positive, resilient, and success-driven.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
