1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for store deliveries. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varied temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
