1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Aldi is currently looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in fulfilling orders efficiently and maintaining warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Physical agility to move merchandise.
