Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, handling stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Perform tasks efficiently, follow procedures, and operate equipment safely.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure productivity.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older to qualify for the role.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
