Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
