Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with the store management team.
  • Participate in taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
