Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
