Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store staff, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to neatness and organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and answering inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Operate equipment such as a cash register, floor scrubber, and hand jack efficiently and accurately.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed in this role.
  • Prior retail work experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
