Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
