Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers by maintaining product availability, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the store team.

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, maintain shelves, and merchandise displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring store cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
  • Adhere to safety procedures and handle products with care

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
