Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure merchandise is neatly organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
