Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and stock shelves efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality of data.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to safely operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per state and local requirements.
