Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with the team and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
