Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays with precision.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Maintain store cleanliness to company standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
