Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members
- Provide feedback on products and inventory management
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
