Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
