Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
