Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Collaboration with the ALDI team and delivering top-notch customer service are key aspects of this role.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and ensure security and confidentiality
• Additional assigned duties

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently or in a team setting
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
