Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store. You will have the opportunity to enhance the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional customer service and teamwork with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
- Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Meet state and local requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
