Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and uphold cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company policies, ensure data security, and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands and following safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
