Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily tasks such as stocking shelves, processing customer purchases, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the capacity to multitask efficiently.
