We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company procedures and policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages where required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
