Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, well-stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness in the store to create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and provide efficient customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
