Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and maintaining the store's operations. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service in a collaborative environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
