Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Contribute feedback to enhance product quality and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
