Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Assist in inventory management, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
