Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere and delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills in your daily tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Knowledgeable about handling and selling alcoholic beverages (based on state/local regulations).
