Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, assisting customers at the checkout, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. By working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security, and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
