Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with our team, you will contribute to creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report feedback to management.
• Handle cash transactions and follow cash management procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
