Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team at Flexential. As a Data Center Specialist, Sales, you will play a pivotal role in presenting and selling our colocation products and services to potential customers in designated data centers. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, designing solutions, negotiating, and closing deals while providing valuable insights on market trends.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Promote Flexential's colocation offerings to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and expand sales within targeted data center regions.
- Maintain sales activity to meet forecasted goals.
- Facilitate the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Utilize Salesforce.com for sales process management.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in sales efforts.
- Manage contracting for Master Service Agreements.
- Cultivate relationships with networking partners and channel associates.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing sales processes with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Proven success in team-based selling with Subject Matter Experts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-driven with adaptability to changing markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.
