Job Description
Open Sky Community Services is looking for an ACCS Awake Overnight Counselor (30 Hours) to join the Athol House team. In this role, you will be part of Adult Community Clinical Services, providing evidence-based interventions for individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis. As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will support individuals in group living environments, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. You will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve personal goals and live independently, while fostering community integration.
Responsibilities
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques during emergency situations.
- Provide nighttime assistance and support for individuals.
- Assist with morning routines and implement care plans.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
Compensation: $16.75 per hour
