Job Description

Join the Great Falls Clinic Hospital as an Admission/Discharge Nurse and be a vital part of our exceptional patient care team. As a registered nurse, you will provide quality care using the nursing process, collaborating with other professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include completing medication reconciliation, admission health history, medication education for new admissions, and ensuring continuity of care for all patients. Additionally, you will support the Med/Surg floor as needed, providing guidance to other healthcare staff and maintaining high standards of nursing practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Nursing Program.
• MT RN licensure, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
• Medical/Surgical nursing experience and proficiency in IV skills.
• Basic office skills.
