Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Agronomy Applicator to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. This full-time position involves the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, as well as the maintenance of equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate is mechanically-inclined, enjoys outdoor work, and is skilled at operating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals according to recommendations and guidelines.
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and vehicles to ensure functionality and appearance standards.
- Complete necessary logs, reports, and inventory checks.
- Promote business with customers and ensure timely product deliveries.
- Operate equipment safely and comply with regulations and laws.
- Participate in training seasonal employees and be open to additional assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
