Job Description
This full-time position involves applying crop nutrients and crop protection products, as well as maintaining custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate is mechanically-inclined, enjoys hands-on work in an outdoor setting, and thrives while operating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and custom apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals.
- Maintain facility and equipment for optimal performance.
- Complete applicator logs and reports accurately.
- Promote business with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to local destinations.
- Operate equipment safely and adhere to traffic laws.
- Assist in training seasonal employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Prior experience is a plus but not required.
