Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our dedicated team at Northwest Hospital's Emergency Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality service to all our customers, ensuring efficient coordination of resources and reflecting our hospital's mission and philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Designate 24-hour accountability for resource coordination.
- Assess patient status and implement clinical nursing interventions.
- Supervise and lead nursing staff to meet departmental goals.
- Ensure quality care is provided to all patients in the Emergency Department.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS Certification.
