As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing compassionate care and support in a professional manner. Responsibilities

• Maintain the well-being and safety of residents by providing assistance with activities of daily living.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents to enhance their quality of life.
• Document and report any resident issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and core values to ensure a positive environment for residents and fellow team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Experience with the elderly is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
