Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join Mount Prospect Academy, a leading human services provider in New Hampshire with a dedication to serving at-risk youth and their families. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical support, guidance, and education to individuals and families, enabling them to overcome obstacles and build a strong support network for long-term success. Additionally, you will supervise clinicians, liaise with referral agencies, and directly engage in client services when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinicians and oversee client services.
- Provide clinical support and guidance to individuals and families.
- Help clients identify strengths and establish lasting support networks.
- Offer education and guidance for developing effective parenting skills and communication.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human services or a related field, working with children and families.
- Active NH Licensure required (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.).
- Valid driver's license with insured transportation.
