Job Description

We are looking for Clinical Medical Assistants (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistants (RMA) to join Pinehurst Surgical Clinic PA. As part of our clinical staff, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients, utilizing your administrative and clinical skills. Your role will focus on patient satisfaction, service excellence, quality care, safety, financial management, and supporting the growth of our clinic.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Prepare patients for exams, procedures, and administer injections.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Accurately document patient history and education.
• Maintain rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies.
• Ensure patient and staff safety following OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate to increase clinic patient volume and service offerings.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting or Nursing Program.
• Current Certification or Licensure with BLS Certification.
• Knowledge of infection control, sterile techniques, and clinical safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Ability to lift and assist patients, stand for extended periods, and multitask effectively.
