Job Description

Bank Iowa Corporation is seeking a Community Bank President/Ag Lender in Newton. In this role, you will lead a team, generate quality Ag and Commercial loans, represent the bank in the community, and play a crucial part in growing and maintaining the bank's portfolio. Your responsibilities will include managing an agriculture and commercial loan portfolio, building strong client relationships, and approving loans within specified limits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion the bank's values, culture, and strategic direction.
• Manage an agriculture and commercial loan portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ag and commercial clients.
• Participate in civic and community activities to establish the bank as a center of influence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Finance, Economics, or related field with relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years lending and banking experience as an Ag & Commercial Loan Officer.
• Experience in leadership, credit analysis, or underwriting preferred.
