Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Data Center Operations Technician I to join our team at Flexential. This position plays a crucial role in providing physical and technical support to our customers and resources, ensuring smooth operations within our data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt resolution and escalation of facility and customer issues.
• Adhere to Flexential policies, processes, and procedures.
• Assist with physical and logical installations of services.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the data center.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in IT support is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft operating systems.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7x365 environment.

Physical Requirements

• Able to work at heights, in cold temperatures, and lift heavy objects.
• Capable of installing cabling and performing facilities rounds.

Hourly Pay Range

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $19.33 - $29.00, subject to experience and qualifications.
