Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is a critical role responsible for offering physical and Level II technical support to customers. As part of our dedicated team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our data center facilities, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution of facility and customer issues.
• Adhere to Flexential Support and Data Center policies.
• Perform hands-on work for internal and external customers.
• Maintain Data Center cleanliness and security.
• Support 24/7 operations shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Operating systems.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Preferably possess IT support experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Network +, Security +, CCNA, MCP, or MCSA are advantageous.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working at heights and in varying environmental conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and install cabling.
