Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all disciplines on the Mental Health Unit to ensure effective patient care.
- Provide mental health services, treatment planning, and crisis management in designated areas.
- Coordinate the development of policies and procedures for clinical services.
- Supervise staff and monitor the delivery of clinical services.
- Participate in the facility's Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Program.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Licensure (LCSW, LPCMH) required.
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in the field.
