Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to hospice patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Support patients and families through the end-of-life journey with dignity and respect.
- Manage and administer medication as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school with a current NC RN license or compact state RN license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in acute care or home care settings.
- Possess a valid NC driver's license.
- National Certification (CHPN) recommended after two years of full-time hospice nursing experience.
